Upcell Alliance will host its inaugural North America event on Oct 24, 2025, in Reno, NV. This in-person event will bring together stakeholders focused on the opportunities and challenges in scaling up battery manufacturing, navigating international collaboration at a time of heightened geopolitical tensions, and consortium-building to push the industry forward.

Nevada Tech Hub's Consortium Event
Reno is home to the Nevada Tech Hub, a federally designated initiative focused on advancing the battery industry in Nevada and placing the region at the center of national efforts to strengthen domestic battery manufacturing, supply chains, and innovation.
On October 23, just before the Upcell event, the University of Nevada, Reno will host the Nevada Tech Hub's All-Consortium Meeting – a free event bringing together leaders from the battery industry, government, and workforce development.
Upcell attendees are encouraged to arrive early and get an inside look at Nevada’s fast-growing battery ecosystem.
